We only replace items if they are:

How can customers return products?

(We do not offer in-store returns.)
How many days to request a return?
✅ Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product.

Is there a restocking fee?

Who pays for return shipping?

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning the item.
⚠️ Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
🕐 Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
